She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Dockter and Alma Dockter (Bollinger); and her siblings, Leo Dockter, Irene Gereszek (Don) and Melvin Dockter.
She is survived by: her husband Jerome Kelsch of Linton; her children, Devota Bruce (Francis) of Bismarck, Glenn Kelsch (Ricka) and Melissa Horner (Ray) of California; her grandchildren, Christopher Grant (Samantha), Alysa Schiff (Kelsch), Skye Horner and Eli Kelsch; and her great grandchildren, Xabien, Vayzie, Ryzie, Olivia and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Service (2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck, ND 58503). A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (1825 S 3rd St, Bismarck, ND 58504). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
