She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin; her parents, Fred Burrer and Eva Burrer (Lammle); her siblings, Edmund, Edwin, Alfred, Hazel Merkel, Gladys Kiemelie, Frieda Herman and Irene Burkhardt; and her granddaughter-in-law Dana.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Marcia) and Bruce Herman (Lucilda); her grandchildren, Chad (Pamela), Jeremy, Scott (Kimberly), Micheal and Tyler Herman (Karissa); and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Colton, Grace, Liam, Blaire, Kaylin and Kya Herman.
Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
