She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mehlhoff and Rose Mehlhoff (Koepplin); her husband Joseph Bernhardt; her parents-in-law, John and Veronica Bernhardt; her siblings, Lawrence, Daniel, Dorothy, Ruth and Carol; her siblings-in-law, John Moldenhauer, Philip Krein, Edmond Bernhardt, Howard Bernhardt, Gilbert Bernhardt, Roman Bernhardt, Lillian Mehlhoff, Diane Bernhardt, Melina Aman, Cleta Hartman, Cathy Hermanson and Darlene Bernhardt; and her nephew John Hartman.
She is survived by: her sons, David Bernhardt of Wing, ND, Patrick Bernhardt (Sheila) of Wilton, ND, Steve Bernhardt (Aggie) of Wilton, ND and Jerome Bernhardt (Becky) of Wing, ND; her grandchildren, Joseph Bernhardt, Belle Bernhardt and Blake Bernhardt; her great grandchildren, ZoHaven Bernhardt and Kian Bernhardt; her siblings, Duane Mehlhoff (Rosalie) and Ardella Koffler; and her pets, Jack and Callie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
