He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Gossett and Ira Gossett; his wife LaVerne Larson; his siblings, Lyle, Tom and Betty Downs; his brother-in-law Ivan Downs; his parents-in-law, Alice and Helmer Larson; his brother-in-law Robert Wass; and his great grandchild Liliana Star Bowling.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Gossett (Cathy), Annelle Fahlsing (Gene), Valerie Bondeson (Dean) and ReNae Gossett; his grandchildren, Todd Fahlsing (Cyrilla), Kasey Vair (Michael), Michael Gossett (Jill), Rachelle Schommer (Aaron), Jenelle Bortke (Paul), Jill Bowling (Sean), Kelly Bates (Kevin), Tara Lara (Frank), Justin Gossett, Alisha Gossett and Ty Lesmann; his great grandchildren, Rowan, Samuel, Jay, Kale, Ryan, Haven, Emersyn, Dru, Judson, Tanner, Greyson, Scarlette, Everett, Levi, Blake, Royce, Raya, Ford, Emilee, Hunter, Marcus and Hudson; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Fike (Duwayne) and Caroline Wass. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503).
