He is survived by: his children, Melody Volk (Joe), New Rockford, Gwen Bauer (Michelle) of Bismarck, Kevin of Bismarck and Robert of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Shanda Jo Bauer of Virginia, Tyler Volk (Michelle) of Valley City, Kiri Bauer (Marcus) of California, Raelene Lemer (Jared) of Bismarck and Jared Volk (Jacie) of Carrington; and his great grandchildren, Marley Bauer, Damian Aberle, Vayla, Vander, Vera, Vylee Volk, Ryker, Ivy Volk, Anthony, Delila, Joseph, Emmalee, Rosie Carter, Lettie, Emmy Lemer and Sierrah Pittsley.
