He is survived by: his children, Jaxon Graff (Bismarck) and Alayna Graff (Bismarck); his parents, Clyde Graff and Cindy Graff (Bismarck); his sister Caylla Marquart of Crystal, MN; his grandmother Eileen Graff (Bismarck); his nephew Adam Marquart of Champlain, MN; his niece Abigail Marquart of Shakopee, MN; and his brothers, Dave, Fudgie, Johnnie, Swannie, Jim and Scooter. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“By the grace of God and my nephew, Johnnie, I was fortunate enough to meet Cuyler. And what a wonderful thing that is. From the first time I met Cuyler I was elated. Whenever I was at an event that Cuyler was at I would hunt him down just so I could be around him. He always made me feel great. When ever his name is mentioned a smile comes to face. Such a wonderful human being he is. Cuyler will never be forgotten. He will forever live in my heart and mind. Salute to you, Cuyler. Respectfully”
