He was predeceased by: his parents, James Funches and Leora Funches (Hardy). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Piñilla; and his children, Ariel Funches (Monique) and Virginia "Gina" Funches. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (306 E Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
