He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl M. Perdue and Maureen Perdue. He was also cherished by his parents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chad attended special ed classes in Williston, ND until he was twenty-one and joined Opportunity Foundation, living in Williston for five years.
