He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Viola Seitz, Julius and Genevieve Hoff; and his uncles, Joe Seitz and Tim Seitz.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Seitz and Janet Seitz of Bismarck, ND; his sister Allyssa Seitz (Jesse Banks); his aunts and uncles, Rich (Cathy Fuchs), Bernie (Barb Boyle), Dwight (Marge Frazer), Curtis (Janet Janke), Mark (Tracy Seitz), John (Melissa Seitz), Bonnie Seitz of Fargo, ND, Sarah Skjeret of Des Moines, IA, David Seitz of Fargo, ND, Larry (Lori Hoff) and Marvin Hoff of Jamestown, ND; his pet Bruno; and his cousin Cody Dunwoodie.
