We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 89, Billy Jackson of Bismarck, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Billy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Billy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Jackson and Felix Jackson; his wife Donna; his daughter Nancy; and his siblings, Maxine and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas, Michael, Thomas and Linda; and his grandchildren, Connor, Grace and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503).
