She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Chornuk and Martha Chornuk (Yaroslowski); her husband Matt; and her siblings, Andrew Chornuk, Mary Ann Kowcun, Ivan Chornuk, Pauline Haverluk and Harry Chornuk.
She is survived by: her son Daniel Dickinson (Hope); her grandson Chris (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, James and Jesse; her son Michael (Karen); her grandsons, Zachary and Joshua (Kamryn Brecht); her sister Nellie Grosz of Cody, WI; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Grosz, Linda Chornuk and Emma Dennis of Beaverton, OR..
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a Mass be offered for Ann or a memorial be given to Missouri Slope Care Center, Heavens Helpers Soup Cafe, or a charity of the donor's choice in Ann's name.
