She was predeceased by: her parents, Zacheus Bachmeier and Eva Bachmeier (Brickner); her husband Elias; her son David; her grandson Joey; her children-in-law, Bill Lawrence and Hedy Nagel; and her siblings, Rose Brown of Gertrude Paul, John, Tony and Edwin.
She is survived by: her children, Foresters, Carol Walther (Erv) of Bismarck, Dan Nagel (Diana) of Castle Rock, CO, Judy Kringstad (Terry) of Bismarck, Linda Ellegard-Lawrence of Colorado Springs, CO, Dennis (Shirley Thomas) of Bismarck, Melvin (Candis Haines) of Hillsboro, ND and Kelly Fisher (Jeff) of Bismarck; and her sister Cecilia Logan. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Alvina courageously battled Alzheimer's the last years of her life.
