He was predeceased by: his parents, Pius Kraft and Agatha Kraft (Baumgartner); his wife Adeline Kraft; his children, Bonnie Giunta and Dennis Kraft; his grandson Jennings Kettleson; his siblings, Isabell Fisher, Angeline Reis, Edward, Jerome and Richard Kraft; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Kraft, Matt Fisher, Bing Reis, Frank Mara, Wynn, Charles, Danny and Leon "Butch" Keller.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Kraft, Alix Kettleson (Ron) of Germantown, WI and Linda Smith (Joe) of Ramsey, MN; his children-in-law, Frank Giunta of Rockwall, TX and Linda Kraft of Hill City, SD; his siblings, Katherine Kraft, Geri Mara of Minneapolis, MN, Pius Kraft (Dorothy) of Bismarck, ND, George Kraft (Fairie) and William "Bill" Kraft (Karla) of Sauk Rapids, MN; his grandchildren, Scott Kraft (Carla), Nick Kraft (Janice), Justin Kraft (Sarah), Travis Kraft (Imabelle), Kristen Kettleson (Aaron), Thomas Kettleson, Kelly Griffin (Justin), Jordan Giunta (Heather) and Jacki Brashier (Evan); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Gabrielle, Cody, Aaron, Stephanie, Augustus, Gianna, Gabriel, Dominic, Isabella, Kade, Baker, Blair, Rhylynn, Ryan, Hiroshi, Kenji and Erin; and his great great grandchildren, Camden, Nolan, Winter, Carter and Landon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the DaWise-Perry Funeral Home (4614 Memorial Hwy, Mandan, ND 58554). A rosary will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (520 Raymond St, Bismarck, ND 58501). A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
