He is survived by: his wife Linda Schon; his children, Jon Welk (Jordan) and Stacy Welk; his grandchildren, Hunter Lind of Beulah, Cazden of Beulah, Brynlie of Beulah and Brexlie Welk of Beulah; and his siblings, Tom Welk and Judy Welk. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends.
