He is survived by: his former wife Carrie Kruckenberg; his children, Billy Anvik (Crystal), Cory Anvik, Nicci Brelje (Ryan) and Desiree Johnson; his daughter-in-law Jamie Scott; his brothers, Dan Anvik (Karen) and Doug Anvik (Laura); and his sister-in-law Sandy Anvik. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
