He was predeceased by: his siblings, Allen, Parnell, Orville, Gladyce and Adaline.
He is survived by: his former wife Marian Day of Larimore; his children, Mark (Kathy Hagen), John Hagen, Mary (Bob Bodine), Boise of Idaho and Ann (Jeff Reinholt); and his grandchildren, Aaron Hagen, Holly Jones, Rebecca Clark, Nick Kempf, Jerimiah Hagen, McKayla Yeager, Blake Reinholt, Elizabeth Diffely, Brookes Reinholt and Samantha Mager.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Beulah Golf Course.
