He is survived by: his wife Melinda A. K. A Mindy Martin (Hietala); his children, Sara Beth Harr, Jason Martin and Amanda Martin; his grandchildren, Madison Zaun, Everett, Oliver and Theo Hasenwinkle; his parents, Fred Martin and Carol Martin; his siblings, Kim Martin, John Martin (Becky) and Dave Martin (DeeDee); his nieces and nephews, Noah, Garrett, Landen, Michael and Mikaela Martin; and his cousin Bob Johansen (Katie).
The family requests memorials be made to Wreaths Across America, Turtle River State Park or Sakakawea State Park.
