She was predeceased by: her parents, David Betz and Martha Betz (Karlin); her husband James R. Thomson; her son Jim; her granddaughter Jackie Hanks; and her siblings, Henry Betz, Ben Betz, Helen Mindt, Bertha Reich, Elsie Reich, Ida Betz, Edna Erickson, Emma Bentz and Laura Betz.
She is survived by: her father-in-law Cecil Chute; her children, Darrell of Beulah, Joyce Jones of Spokane, WA, Judy Knoell of Hazen, ND, Jane Swan (Bill) of Las Vegas, NV and Peggy Wolf (Cary) of Hazen; her grandchildren, Cletus Zundel, Vicki Applewhaite, Shelby Keuper, Luke Swan, Mark Swan, David Swan, Jennifer Neuberger, Jessica Hartman and Jayme Wolf; and also, Darrell and Joyce. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
