It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Zuern of Beulah, North Dakota, who passed away on May 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Peterson (Dutch) and Elsie Peterson (Johnston); her son Mike Powell; her grandson Josh Powell; and her siblings, Fred Peterson, Norman Peterson and Elsie Mae Swanson.
She is survived by: her former husband Harvey Powell; her husband Archie Zuern; her children, Pat Powell (Doris), Pamela Brown (Richard) and Jim Zuern (Jennifer); her daughter-in-law Carla Powell; her brother-in-law Duane Swanson; and her sisters, Jean Cowee (Jim), Julie Olheiser (Larry) and Lois Burau. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
