He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Dinkins and Polly Dinkins; his siblings, Bryan and Minnie Rohr; his mother-in-law Lea Pfennig; and his brothers-in-law, Bernie Benz, Bob Brooks and Lyle Koffler.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Pfennig of Beulah, ND; his son Kana; his grandchildren, Owen, Chesley and Mae; his siblings, Paul (Beryl Dinkins), Pollyann Brooks, Peggy Benz, Pat (Gerri Dinkins), Judy Dinkins, Iris (Wayne Boeshans) and Cathy Koffler; his father-in-law Helmuth Pfennig of Beulah, ND; and also, Owen, Chesley, Mae, Glenda, Jeff Schoch of Bismarck, ND, Kathy, Bill Wahl, Karen, Jim Pundt, Kaylen and John Kessler of Glen Ullin, ND. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Sakakawea Hospice, Hazen, ND, Zion Lutheran Church, Beulah, ND and the Lake Ilo Park Board.
