She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bruce Weaver and Roberta Weaver (Ewing); her husband Frank Sapp, Jr.; her children, Bethany of Frankie and Babs of Beulah; and her siblings, Barbetta Moffatt (Jeff), Bryce Weaver (France), Bettina Weaver, Bryan Weaver (Chrissy), Pete Sapp (Terri), Meg Carnahan (Randy) and Tommy Sapp. She was also cherished by 13 nieces and nephews; one great niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Beulah Congregational Church or Sakakawea Hospice.
