We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 82, James Duane Gangl of Berthold, North Dakota passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gangl and Mary Gangl (Uhlenkamp); his wife Lorena Christopherson; and his siblings, Wally, Ralph, Donald, Harry, Rita Lafontaine, Elvira Johnson and Alice Heisler.

He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence John and Larry Gangl (Lori); his grandchildren, Sydney of Mandan, ND, Lauren of Mandan, ND and Seth of Mandan, ND; and his sisters, Ann Hunt, Irene Krebsbach and Mary Lou Belford (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
