She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brodersen and Freda Brodersen (Urban); her husband Nicodemus Kessel (Nick); and her siblings, Isabel and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas L. Kessel (Belfield), Nicolette Michaels (Ron) of Tucson, AZ, Karen O'Brien (Belfield), Bruce Kessel, Colleen Lenz of Minneapolis, MN, Connie Forster (Syd) of Vadnais Heights, MN and Sheldon Kessel (Laura); and her siblings, Robert Broderson (Darlene), Lavina Craven, Audrey Boden (Paul), Fay Polen and Annabel Brodersen. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Public visitation for Goldie will be from 4:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson, with a rosary and vigil service taking place at 6:00 p. m. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC and ND Department of Health.
