He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Polanchek and Joyce Polanchek (Reul); his son Jedediah David Polanchek; his sister Geraldine Buzowsky (Dolly); and his uncle Bud Reul.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his sons, Albert Paul Polanchek of Eau Claire, WI and Frank Richard Polanchek (Sascha) of Fayetteville, NC; and his siblings, Tony Polanchek (Ritchie) of Gilette, WY, Rodney Polanchek (Bau) of Dallas, TX and Eva Brimmer (Monte) of Belfield, ND. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Belfield American Legion.
