She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Nadeau and Flora Nadeau (Vivier); her sons, David and Hubert; her siblings, Elmer, Leo, Louis, Francis, Agnes, Mary and Jeanette; her granddaughters, Melissa Poitra and Cleo Poitra; and her great grandchild Kayli LaFountain.
She is survived by: her former spouse Arlind Poitra; her children, Cary Poitra (Joida) of Rhinelander, WI, Philip Poitra (Debbie) of Lacduflandeau, WI, Roderick Poitra (Roberta Davis) of Belcourt, Wanda Poitra (Joseph DeCoteau) of Belcourt, Yvonne Aiken of Belcourt, Yvette Cree (Larry) of Belcourt and Dana A. DeCoteau of Arizona; and her grandsons, Christopher and Jeffrey Poitra. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
