He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Davis and Elizabeth Davis (Gourneau); and his siblings, Joan Allard, Madeline Keplin, Adelaide Davis, George and James Davis.

He is survived by: his children, John Davis (Marlene) of Belcourt, Susan Davis of Belcourt, Gary "Sam" Davis (Tyann) of Belcourt, Mark Davis (Ruth) of Belcourt, Gregory Davis (Mary Ann) of Belcourt and Rolanda Davis of Salem, OR; his grandchildren, Jerrick, Jeramie, Rhawnie, Murton, Nathan (Puma), Michelle, Marie, Samantha, Tatem, Abby, Zachary, Bailey, Nicholas, Cole, Lucretia, Jamisson, Parker, Coal, Miranda and Macy; his siblings, Theresa Wanna (Pat) of Belcourt, Francis "Fatty" Davis (Mary Lou) of Belcourt, Alfred "Freddy" Davis (Beverly) of Belcourt and Alexander Davis (Beverly) of Belcourt; and his former wife Gloria M. Davis (Burcham). He is also survived by 42 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
