He is survived by: his wife Sharon Laverdure of Belcourt; his children, Brenda Otto (Darren) of Mandan, Rick Laverdure (Cindy) of Fargo and Shane Laverdure (Rachel) of Belcourt; his grandchildren, Heather Counts, Ashley Nadeau, Erin Whiteley, Tiffany Davis, Ryan Laverdure, Arieanna Laverdure, Alayah Morin, Kharter Laverdure, Kolter Laverdure, Breklyn Laverdure and Anthony Koistinen; his sisters, Zelma Peltier of Dunseith and Bernice Smith (Harvey) of Belcourt; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Henry, Duane Henry of Belcourt, Terry Henry of Langdon, Noel Davidson and LeRoy Henry. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
