He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Azure and Rochelle Azure (Poitra) of Belcourt; his son Lucas Azure Jr. of Belcourt; his brother Jeffry "JP" Azure Jr. (Brianna) of Fargo; his niece Haileigh; his nephew Landyn of Fargo; and his godparents, Jeff and Sheila Gladue. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
