He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred "Theophil" Azure and Irene Keplin Azure; his siblings, Josephine Chase, Freddie and King; and his daughter Celine.
He is survived by: his children, Loren (Jackie) of Belcourt, Terese (Ricky) of Grand Forks and Ayanna of Belcourt; his wife Kateri; his children, Gabrielle Wallette (Patrick) of St. John, Joette of Belcourt, Jolie Haggerty (Ron) of Dunseith, Jason Allery (Frances) of Wichita Falls, TX and Brent Allery of Belcourt; his siblings, Arlene Jeannotte (Benny) of St. John, Jim (Lynette) of Belcourt and Terry (Sandy) of Belcourt; his sister-in-law Mary Ann of Belcourt; and his grandchildren, Amy, Ashley, Jenny, David, Stacy, Joel, Britny, Cassie, Seyth, Bruce, Bethany, Brenden, Adam, Zachary, Seth, Hannah, Lydia, Crystal, Woodrow, Chloe and Andrew.
