She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Champagne; her daughter Wendy Peltier; and her brothers, David and Richard. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Champagne (LaVallie) of Belcourt; her children, Wayne Champagne of Belcourt, Donald Peltier of Belcourt, Peter Peltier of Belcourt and Pauline Blue (Jason) of Belcourt; and her siblings, Alfred George Champagne of Dunseith, Daniel Champagne of Belcourt and Sandra Champagne of Belcourt. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Benedict's Catholic Church (3821 BIA Rd 6, Belcourt, ND 58316). A rosary was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
