He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Snookie" DeCoteau and Deloris DeCoteau (Laducer); and his brother Joseph Blue. He is survived by: his daughters, Angie DeCoteau of Belcourt and Debra DeCoteau of Grand Forks; and his siblings, Shannon Gladue (Irene) of Crookston, MN, Bryan DeCoteau (Lori Poitra) of Belcourt, Joyce Attlberg of Seattle, WA and Gloria Rocha (Frank) of Grand Forks. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
