He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Church; his daughter Brenda Weston-Penny of Decatur, NE; his grandchildren, Tyler Rambeau (Jack Crawford) of Flandreau, SD, Thomas Sage Penny of Decatur, NE and Hawk Penny of Decatur, NE; his great grandchildren, Jacob Fisherman, Johanna Crawford and Jack Crawford Jr.; his siblings, Clifford Thomas (Tina Church) of Decatur, NE, Leo Thomas (Karen) of Decatur, NE, Lyle Belgarde (Shirley) of Belcourt, Leona Thomas-Hinders of Williston, Jeanette Thomas of Belcourt, Russell Belgarde of Belcourt and Marla Belgarde (JR Delorme) of Belcourt; and his goddaughter Donna DeCoteau of Belcourt. He is also survived by his family members and many friends.
