He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Martin and Blanche Martin (L'Esperence); his siblings, Alan "Creps" Martin, Josephine "Fee" Martin-Brodigan, Raymond "Beeze" Martin, Earl Martin and Leonard "Unks" Martin; his nieces, Lisa Wallette, Shayla Lenoir, Tanesha Dauphinais, Kyreisha Laducer, RaiAnn Baker, Jenny, Michelle, Mary and Melissa; and his stepdaughter Celeste Keplin.
He is survived by: his close friend Colleen Keplin of Belcourt; his stepchildren, Ashley Keplin of Fargo and Kayla Brunelle of Minot; his grandchildren, Madisen, Melvin and Ashlen; his great grandchild Kalen; his siblings, Patti Martin of Belcourt, Lucille Martin of Belcourt, Brenda Poitra (Darrell) of Moorhead, MN and Rodney Martin of St. Michael; and his goddaughter Pam Joubert of Minot. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
