He was predeceased by: his parents, John Belgarde and Gladys Belgarde (Nikle); his son Patrick Belgarde; his brothers, Richard Belgarde, Raymond Belgarde and Joseph Belgarde; his grandparents, Marciel, Philomene Belgarde, Andrew and Theresa Nikle; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Belgarde.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Belgarde of Belcourt; his son Luke Belgarde (Mary) of Belcourt; his grandsons, Rick and Seth Belgarde; and his siblings, Dennis Belgarde, Ann Belgarde and Marie Belgarde (Jesse Rios). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
