She is survived by: her parents, Laurence Schoonover and Sharon Schoonover (Messer); her pet Missy; her close friend Walter; her son Layton Barnhart (Nikki); her grandchildren, Sophie and Madi; her daughter Tayler Schwab (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Kaylea, Hadley and Coen; her daughter Elizabeth Muruato (Gus); her grandchildren, Aria, Della, Hudson and Iris; her daughter Monica Barnhart; her grandson Leo; her son Butch Barnhart; and her siblings, Nancy Stoy, Victoria Anderson, David Edwards (Vanessa), Shellie Schoonover (Will), Tami Schoonover, Kay Schoonover, Lauri Schoonover, Tina Nyberg and Kenny Nyberg. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Church (1060 3rd Ave NW, Beach, ND 58621).
