He is survived by: his son Taylor John Egan; his wife Mary; his daughter-in-law Megan; his granddaughters, Rhiannon, Zoie and Thea; his siblings, Mike (Esther), Mark (Dawn), Terry (Lynn), Mary Klein (Ron) and Sherry Schillo (Chuck); his mother-in-law Mert Popiel; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Popiel (Pam), Ken Popiel (Shelley), Tyler Popiel, Chris Marcusen (Elroy), Marla Zinsli (Mike) and Karla Jones (Dan). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
