She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Jewell and Beulah Jewell; her husband Roger Henningsen; her children, Tia Liebhart, Jeffrey Steagall and Lisa Steagall; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Dylan Sartwell, Jackson Steagall, Rebekah and David Nathan Liebhart; and her siblings, Emily Castelucci, John, Larry Landis and David Landis.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, a private memorial service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 10:00 AM at West Funeral Home, West Fargo, ND.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Rita.
