It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Johnson of Almont, North Dakota, born in Elgin, North Dakota, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Diehl and Delores Diehl (Bellon). She is survived by: her great grandchild Kamden Kovack; her husband Dennis Johnson; her children, Diane Kovack (Joseph) of Maple Plain, MN, Darren Johnson (Lori) of Almont, ND, Debbie Jahner (Tom) of Linton, ND and Dustin Johnson (Emily) of Windsor, CO; her grandchildren, Kyle Kovack (Karmen) of Hutchinson, MN and Jordan Kovack of Absecon, NJ; her great grandchild Kaymarie; and her brothers, Ken Diehl (Eunice) of Elgin, ND, Norman Diehl (Cheryl) of Springfield, IL and Wayne Diehl (Jenny) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church in Carson, ND.
