She was predeceased by: her parents, Joakim Horpestad and Emma Horpestad (Ramsey). She is survived by: her husband Roger of Edmore, ND; her daughter Melaine Korynta (Lyle) of Glyndon, MN; her granddaughters, Amanda Korynta, Katlin Timme (Brady) and Lauren Korynta (Michael Enfield); her mother-in-law Lyla Nelson of Park River, ND; and her sisters, Esther Dahl of Seattle, WA, Gladys Martinson of Devils Lake, ND and Marion Hoffart (Dennis) of Grand Forks, ND.. She is also survived by her parents, three sisters and four brothers.
