It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Osteen (Zirconia, North Carolina), who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha Osteen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Osteen and Estelle Osteen; her sisters, Sylvene Spickerman and Greta Allen; her brothers-in-law, Gene Holden, Bill Spickerman and Mac Allen; and her nieces, Lynn Wilson and Gloria Crawford.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mitchell Osteen (Lucy), Sybil Jean Watkins (Jim) and Carl Osteen (Wilma). She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and their spouses and families, and two nephews-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or the Blue Ridge Humane Society of Hendersonville.
