She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Milton Sprinkle, Sr. and Lola Ruth Sprinkle; and her brothers, Thomas Milton Sprinkle, Jr. and Thomas Michael Sprinkle. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Thomas; her children, Carmen Thomas Jones (Dean) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Jonathan Edward Thomas (Christy) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Tyler (Jessica), Summerlyn, Savannah, Scarlett and Luke; her great grandchildren, Lila and Corabelle; and her sister Debbie Sprinkle Crow (James) of Little River.
