He is survived by: his wife Louise Pace Capps; his grandsons, Bruce A. Capps, Donald F. Capps (Rhonda) and Ronald J. Capps (Mitzie); his great grandchildren, Jacob F. Capps and Alyssa M. Capps; and his brother Noble Capps (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
