He is survived by: his parent Julia Beddingfield Levi; his wife Elsie Maybin Levi; his children, Donieca Henderson (Derek) and Lamar Levi (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Josh Henderson (Nikki), Holly Murray (Cain), Diana Ballard (John), Caleb Levi (Sydney) and Nathan Levi; his great grandchildren, Leila, Analee, Clayton Henderson, Isabella Murray, Wesley Murray, Samuel Ballard and Avery Ballard; and his brother Thomas Levi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
