She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Osteen, Sr. and Belle Osteen Staton; and her brothers, Mack Osteen and Leland Osteen. She is survived by: her husband Garland Mullinax; her children, Myra Hill (Chris), Mary Mullinax and Philip Mullinax (Heidi); and her sisters, Nola Garber (Paul) and Ann Lindsey (Johnny).
