He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Perry and Lola Perry; his wife Esther Martha Perry; and his siblings, Mabel Jean Ruby, Maxine Cornett, Ollie Belle Greer and Alfred Perry (Bud).
He is survived by: his sons, Reggie Perry (Sherry), Rick Perry (Donya) and Randy Perry (Debbie); his grandchildren, Alisha Welborn (Ray), Cassie Gladney (Curtis), Brittany Visser (Forrest), Lauren Miller (Robert), Jenna Reece and Zach Perry; his sisters, Josephine Miller and Barbara Perry-Sheldon; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Sheldon and Brenda Sanders. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
