He is survived by: his wife Flo Hollingsworth; his children, Erin Hollingsworth, Ryan Hollingsworth (Sara) and Patrick Hollingsworth; his mother Joan Hollingsworth; his sister Lisa (Robin Canterbury); his brothers-in-law, Robert (Edna Feinberg), Mark (Roberta DeHart), Mike (Theresa DeHart) and Paul McMahon; his mother-in-law Mary DeHart; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces.
The family requests memorial donations be made to North Carolina Wildlife or the Mount Vernon Baptist Church Missions and Benevolence Fund.
