He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Boone Holden and Dovie Hilda Campbell Reece; and his siblings, Mack, Jess, Rose, Mae and Hazel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Holden; his children, Greta Millington, Lorie Rogers (Roy), Melissa Bowley (Wayne Wilson) and James Holden II; and his siblings, Sue Laws and Bill Holden. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are suggested per CDC guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hux & Lipford Funeral Home, 300 West Main Street, Mountain City, TN 37683 to help with final expenses.
