She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lawrence and Mary Lawrence; her husband Bower Thomas; and her brother Johnny Lawrence. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Beverly Thomas (Andrew Sherry) of Great Neck; her granddaughters, Sage Sherry of Great Neck and Molly Sherry of Great Neck; her brothers, Barton Lawrence of Lincoln University and Frank Lawrence (Judy) of Trade, Tennessee; and her nieces and nephews, Nancy Fagan, Brenda Warren, Joy Lawrence, Lorie Maicher, Charlene Mackereth, Joe Thomas, James Lawrence, Gerald Lawrence, Brent Thomas and Larry Thomas.
