He is survived by: his wife Christie Wilson Cook of Zionville; his son Gavin Charles Cook of Zionville; his father Chuck Cook of Zionville; his sisters, Sherry Cook Parker (Carroll) of Mountain City, Tennessee, Sandy Cook of Zionville and Shelia Cook Stout (Paul) of Sugar Grove; his stepchildren, Tim Anson of Mountain City, Jim Anson of Mountain City, Daniel Ward of Vilas and Candace Presnell (J. D.) of Banner Elk; and his stepgrandchildren, Skler Anson of Mountain City, Maddie of Banner Elk, Jason of Banner Elk, Barrett Presnell of Banner Elk and Buddy Cook.
