He is survived by: his parents, Josh Phillips and Chelsea Phillips of Zionville; his grandparents, Teresa Campbell of Vilas and Russell Campbell of Mountain City, TN; his great-grandparents, Thomas and Mildred Younce of Vilas; his grandparents, Steve and Sandy Phillips of Boone; his great-grandparents, Ricky and Marilyn Greer of Boone; and his aunts and uncles, Angie Allen (Scott), Nikki Rominger (Ronnie), Kelly England (Bradley), Adam Campbell (Michelle), Justin Harmon, Matt Phillips (Hannah) and Aaron Campbell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
